Yoga is a science of uniting mind, body and spirit by living healthy life style. Yoga is being practiced by yogis since thousand of years to get best of health, physically as well as mentally. Popular Yoga practices include Yoga Postures, Breathing exercises called Pranayam and Meditation. This ancient tradition of Yoga was first presented by sage Patanjali in systematic way in the form of Ashtang Yog. There are eight limbs of Ashtang Yog.

(1) Yama  (Discipline)

(2) Niyama (Conduct)

(3) Asana (Yogic Posture)

(4) Pranayama (Breathing Exercises)

(5) Pratyahara ( Withdrawal of Senses)

(6) Dharana (Concerntration)

(7) Dhyana (Meditation)

(8) Samadhi (Union)

Sarvangasan
Removes disorders like nasal congestion, headache, relieves fatigue swelling of feet and legs
Matasyaasan
Removes respiratory congestion, cures sinus, stimulate thyroid glands
Shirshasan
Improves and sharpen memory, relieve stress
Shavasan
Helps in relaxation , reduces stress
Simhasan
Good for chest and sore throat, cure tonsils, Reduce discomfort in jaws
